These terms and conditions apply to all orders you make at the online store of

The product range in our online shop is aimed exclusively at buyers who have reached the age of 18 years.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. It is a non-binding request in the online shop to order goods. You make a binding offer if you have completed the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and in step 5 click on the button "Send order".

An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * are filled out in the order form. If information is missing or if we can not fulfill the order for other reasons, you will receive an error message. Before finalizing the order, you will be given the opportunity to correct his order. You receive supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process.

As soon as the order process has been completed, you will be informed by an information window that the order has been registered by us and will be notified of the order number. On our part, this does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

Moreover, you will be notified of the receipt of your order via the e-mail address provided by you (acknowledgment of receipt). This notification does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

A contract is only concluded if we expressly accept your offer, of which we inform you by email, or if we send the goods to you.

Attention:Notwithstanding the above, the contract is concluded immediately at the time of the completed order if you pay by prepayment, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.

Binding offer

You are bound to your order 2 days from receipt of this order. The legal right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected.

Storing the text of the contract

Your order data will be stored by us. If you want them in printed form, you can print the "order confirmation". It will appear on your screen after you submit the order. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are total prices. They include all taxes including value added tax and duties. They don’t include shipping costs. Shipping is free to all EEA countries. Shipping fees to the United States and Canada are € 15 per Cap-Spinner.

For a delivery to a non-EEA country, you have to bear all import and export charges, including any duties, fees and charges.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

If you decide to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days after receipt of the order confirmation.

If paying by credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your credit card at the time of order (authorization). The actual charge on your credit card account will happen at the time we ship the goods to you.

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website during the ordering process. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account, so that you can legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You’ll receive further guidance during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.

Due date / advance payment

If no other payment method has been agreed upon, the purchase price is due at the time the contract is concluded. Your order will be mailed to you once your payment of the purchase was credit to our bank account.

Default interest

In the event of default payment, even if the customer is not at fault, we shall be entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 5% above the base lending rate per annum; Any rights to claims for compensation of proven higher interest rates in case of delayed payment remain reserved.

Right of withdrawal

Non-existent right of withdrawal

For goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal.

For goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly, there is no right of withdrawal.

For newspapers, magazines or magazines (with the exception of subscription contracts) there is no right of withdrawal.

Waiving right of withdrawal

For goods that are delivered sealed and for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.

For audio or video recordings such as CDs, DVDs etc as well as for computer software delivered in a sealed package, the right of withdrawal shall lapse if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.

For goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature after their delivery, the right of withdrawal shall lapse.

Reference to legal warranty

The provisions on the statutory warranty apply. The warranty period for the delivery of movable goods is 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods.

Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be sent to the contact details stated in the imprint.

No extended warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty, we do not provide an extended warranty.

Default of acceptance

If you are in default of acceptance, we are entitled to store the goods with us, for which we charge a storage fee of € 5 per started calendar day. At the same time we remain entitled to insist on fulfillment of the contract.

Delivery period

Unless otherwise agreed upon, we deliver within 3 weeks of order. When paying in advance, the delivery period begins once the purchase price was credited to our bank account..

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Effect of the retention of title

In case of default of your payment, we are entitled to assert our rights from the reservation of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the retention of title is not a withdrawal from the contract, unless we expressly declare the withdrawal from the contract.
